I want to cancel my subscriptions for Jira and Jira Service Management and delete my billing card.
I tried to delete my billing card, but it says I cannot because there are active subscriptions. I couldn't find the cancellation option, so I tried switching to a free plan, but it still shows as Standard and the subscription remains active.
Please cancel the subscriptions for both services and delete my billing card before the next billing cycle.

I have the Billing Admin role, but I don't see "Select more actions > Cancel subscription". I only see "Manage customer contacts".
