I receive a report from a backup in my connected mailbox every day. this is of course always created as a help desk case. how can i exclude these emails with an explicit concern about them
Hello @Marc_Müller you can't exclude those emails unless you setup your JSD project to allow tickets only from the customers you add to the project. If you can't do that because of the type of project and is a case where anyone is supposed to be able to create tickets you might want to setup an automation in Jira to auto close that ticket as soon as gets created.
Another option is trying to filter emails from that account in the email config if you are using a custom mail like Google or Microsoft instead of the one that Atlassian offers
