To answer your question Robin,

On the SLA screen all percentage success numbers are calculated based on a rolling 7 day period.

Hey Robin.

JIRA service desk use the global JIRA configurations to set that.

You can take a look on this to configure it on JIRA or here for agile projects

does that week mean from last Monday ?
