Estoy usando la aplicación para el tema de tickes pero al momento de cambiar de estados y demás no le llegan los mensajes a los clientes para que ellos tengan el seguimiento de los cambios de estado de las solicitudes, me pueden ayudar por favor.
You can establish automation rules to send out custom email notification to the issue reporter (i.e. Customers when the issue is assigned and status changes throughout its lifecycle) as needed if the default notifications are not enough
