I have created a JSM project for the use of my internal employees, i have also added my domain to allow users to automatically and made channel access as Open. Still users have to verify their account via email to get the ticket created. I don't want email verification for my domain users.Screenshot 2025-06-05 174951.png

Hi @Vishwadeep Sharma

An approved domain is just you saying "anyone with this domain can have product access" not that they are automatically given it just by existing.

It works this way for creating an Atlassian account, just because the have an email address that matches your domain doesn't mean they automatically have an Atlassian account to use on your site.

They would either need to go through the self sign up route, which will involve verifying their email. Or you would add them as a customer in the form of an invite, which is also kind of verifying seeing as the invite gets sent to their email.

Thanks

Aaron.
