I want to add all new users in jira-servicemanagement-customers. is there any way to automate this process?
If you want all new users to be customers on your JSM project, then they should be automatically placed upon account creation. Usually this is the default group which grants "customer" access to JSM projects.
i am using atlassian acces to sync users from AD. is it possible to add in jira's group this synced users?

If all your synced users a placed into a group, you can add that group to the default role Service Desk Customers
Due make sure this role has all the correct permissions on the JSM project.
