@Vera Valshonok -

Based on my understanding/experience, I don't believe one can use smartvalue for attachment content unless you are getting this syntax from some other third party add-ons.  It is not available out of the box.

Take a look at the following reference page on smart values for issues -

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/  look for {{attachment}} section for the available values.

What is your reasoning on duplicating the attachments?

Please advise.

@Vera Valshonok -

So you want to duplicate the source issue's attachment to the new duplicated issue?

If so, why don't you just use the "Clone issue" action.   If you are using the Create issue action, both of those actions allows you to specify the field that you want set and using the source issue's value/content.

Example  Clone Issue action

Please clarify on why you are trying to set "Severity" field with Attachment information?

Best, Joseph
