We have this situation...
A user that was an agent for a specific Service Management proyect, now is no longer working as an agent and need to became a customer.
How can I do that? just removing the product and making sure that is in as customer in the project were he should be customer? or should I remove the user and add him as customer again?

Hi Ro! This depends on how you provision agent access for users.
In my workspace, we use the default jira-servicemanagement-users-companyname group to grant access to JSM projects, and then the users are added to the projects they need to work in.
If you remove them from the product access group, that should revert them to a normal customer again.
