afert ISP synch how to assign group and product

Dear, 

We have the ISP Azure connected to our jira service management cloud instance and users are synchronized well.  But users synchronized with the ISP must connect the portal to get the right and project assignation, otherwise there are not possible to set those users as a reporter if there are never connected to the portal. There is a way to set users automatically to a group and a product when there are created after a synchronization with ISP ?

RESOLV - Rights and products can be assigned directly from a group manage by the ISP in administration -> Directory -> Groups and select group you want to manage product and rights.
