adding variables in custom email

I am trying to set up a custom customer acknowledgement in order to switch off the standard ack's and only send them to targeted users, excluding other users.

If I add a new email to the automation, I am struggling with the syntax that includes the links and standard metadata fields.  Can anyone point me at what syntax to use?

The two screenshots show the UI I see with my custom email and the UI of the standard ack I am trying to replicate

Here you can find a lot of smart values that you can use in the email.

If you don't find what you need please add more details about the value/field you want to show.

Hi Alberto...it is not so much the the tags I am struggling with..it is the syntax of how to include a 'View Request' hyperlink in my custom ack. Notice the dialogue box is different from the standard..with no 'Insert Variable' feature.
