adding markdown abilities on description field in the portal's form

Hello,

any suggestions how its possible to add markdown capabilities on the request's description field in the customers' portal? (much like this field has when adding a question to the portal)

i know its possble to use special chars, but im looking to UI interface.

this is for a cloud instance.

@Ben Friedman _Ben_viter_io_ - hi Ben! This currently isn't possible, and there's no workaround that I'm aware of. I'd consider adding a help prompt to your Description field to let customers know they can manually add markdown (asterisks for bold, for example).

There's an open suggestion to get a markdown editor for customers, you can vote on it here: JSDCLOUD-9072
