You don't have permission to transition the issue

After migrating from server to cloud I get this message in boards within a project. When I open the board and click the blue in progress button it says this message greyed out but I can click on work flow.

Hi @Sam Hoover,

Check the Transition issues permission of your project through Project settings > Permissions.

If you are an administrator, you can also check what's going on with the Permission helper.

Type g+g on your keyboard and in the dialog box that pops up, type permission helper. In the screen that appears, enter your user name, the issue key of the issue that you can't transition and select the transition issues permission. It should tell you what's wrong.
