The problem describe was NOT a problem in our previous version.

Import of TEST issues
When importing TEST issues from Excel, if you try to associate the newly created TEST issue with a STORY (a very common thing to do) the individual test steps, now called Actions do NOT get imported.
The new TEST issue is created and all other detail expected on import is fine, only the Actions are not there.
You CAN subsequently import those Actions into the newly created issue, but this is not acceptable as we have 1,000 test cases at a time to import.
