Wrong encoding since Update to JSD

Hi, we have some problems here since the last Update to current Version. Unfortunately there are no "ä", "ö", "ü" an other special chars displayed in the Customer Portal (See Picture)

I've actually had the exact same issue a few days ago, and this is what fixed it for me (Atlassian support actually provided this answer):

Let's first try starting JIRA with the correct encoding and verify if it helps.

Please start JIRA with the variables :

 -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8
following the steps from Setting properties and options on startup

We have the same case but this solution doesn't help us. 

We have wrong encoding still
