Hi,

We have just installed the Insight macro for Confluence and busy trying to get some powerful filters and displays setup.

Having a lot of difficulty at the moment relating object back to all the Jira tickets they are referenced on. Its something as simple as ObjectType="Service" main attribute="Name" and we want to return ticket references or number of ticket count where this is listed in Jira tickets.

Whilst we have looked at the IQL for beginners guide on Riada's page still can't seem to make the correct link to get information relating to Jira tickets.

Can anyone help provide further guidance on this?

OK, indeed one lack of IQL is lack of auto-suggestions - both in INSIGHT directly, in IQL in JQL in JIRA and in IQL in Confluence macro.

So - NO SOLUTION :-)

But workaround I use is to test IQL initially in Insight using either search functionalities or IQL scoping for Insight Field in JIRA ticket.
