Workflow transitions basing on multiple custom field values ?

i have   2 custom fields . 

custom filed 1 : Yes or NO 

Costume field 2 : Value 1 , Value 2 , Value 3 , Value 4 

I have 3 transitions  : Transition 1 , Transition 2, Transition 3 

Transition 1 :  Yes && ( Value 1 or Value 2)

Transition 2:  No && ( Value 1 or Value 2) 

Transition 3 : Value 3 or value 4 ( doesn't really matter if user select Yes or NO ) 

I am trying script runner , but I am having issues  while using all conditions vs any conditions to match and & or functions.  any help would be greatly appreciated.
