Workflow Creation Approval status

Hi everyone, 

I try to make a new workflow from scratch with approval step but it doesn' t show me the "Add Approval option" to configure the next steps:

In another workflow that I have made, it shows it to me!

Do you know how I can present this option?

Hi @Dimitris Dimitriadis , 

A problem we've all run into! 

The "add approval" option is only available for Jira Service Management projects, so the trick is to assign the workflow to a JSM project (add it to a used workflow scheme) and the option should pop up!

Hi Tessa and thank you very much for your response!

I thought that it was that, but I assigned it in a classic software project and then I sent the question!! 

This is strange problem btw!
