The payment was due on December 27th and is now overdue. We didn't have the credit card on file, but it has been added today, December 30, 2024. Could you please confirm that it's been added and let me know when the invoice (IN-002-495-278) will be paid?
Hi @Gabriela Garcia welcome to the community! We're mainly a user community here. I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support, and use the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option'. They would be most suited to assisting you with your billing concerns.
