Will my Jira be deleted once my 7-day trial has expired?

My 7-day trial has just expired.

Will my instance of Jira Service Desk cloud be deleted? Or will I still be able to log into my cloud and simply not make changes to the 'nuts and bolts'?

Yes, it will be deleted after 7 days.

Is there a chance to get back my trial site, even if I have to pay for one month more?

Only if you reactivate it within the few days after a trial expires.

I'm not sure how long Atlassian keep trial sites. Paid ones are not removed until 4 weeks after expiry, so I suspect trials may be on the same cycle.
