Seit der Erstellung unseres neuen Workflows, erhalten die Kunden keine Benachrichtigungen mehr über abgeschlossene Tickets oder Statusänderungen.
Leider habe ich diese Funktion noch nicht wieder gefunden. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mit helfen liebe Community.

I have understood that your notification scheme has stopped working after a change to a workflow. Please can you check the post functions in the new workflow? The reason I ask is because you may have had some custom events.
Let's take this workflow as an example. For the transition from the status 'Unable to replicate' to 'Done', there are 5 post functions.
When I check what they are, I can see that the this transition is calling a 'Generic Event'
Now, you need to check in the project's notification scheme, in this case, who should receive notifications for a generic event.
The solution depends a bit on your setup. If the workflow is used in more projects, you could modify the notification scheme.
If the notification scheme is used in more projects, it might make more sense to modify the workflow.
