I embedded the code from the widget in Service Desk - Project - Channels - Widget onto our site, This showed up perfectly but in the afternoon it just vanished? Now I can't seem to get it to reappear? Is there something I should have turned on or is this a common issue?

When the widget is not visible, it might be related to some permission. Before enabling the widget we need to set the project to be open to anyone with an account and also allow customers to create their own accounts and access the portal without logging in.
If the widget was enabled and then those configurations were changed, then the widget will not be visible.
Please, go to the Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions and confirm if the permission "Who can access the portal and send requests to XXXXX?" is set to "Anyone with an account".
After that, go to Jira settings (sidebar) or Cog Icon (top bar) > Products > Configuration and confirm if it's set as below:
If everything is correctly configured and the widget is still not visible, please disable and enable the widget again and test.

thanks so much for your reply, It actually turns out it was a Caching issue which ive managed to resolve.
