Widget Service Desk - i need to display all request types by default

Hi there,
I installed the Widget Service Desk on my website and all works good. But i need to display all request types by default on the widget page.
Now: i can see the CTA "need help", when i click on, it display a text zone to use research. After that, it display me just one of request type (the default one).
What I Need: i can see the CTA "need help", when i click on, it display a text zone to use research. After that, I need to see all type of requests list.
Is it possible to do it?
