I am trying to configure the available fields for each request type when I click the Create button in the agent view. When I click on the Configure Fields drop-down I get two columns of fields with checkboxes. The first column goes from A to E and the second from L to S. There is a scroll bar on the right but it doesn't show to its fullest extent (I can't see the arrow at the bottom) and, more importantly, it doesn't scroll.
When I select All as the option from Show Fields, I get everything, including the ones I can't see, but I don't want everything. I just want a selection, but for some reason I can't access the full list.
Any ideas what's going on?
The browser I'm using is Chrome.
Are you observing this with others browsers? Likely something to report to Atlassian Support. Note, I have not seen this before but, to be fair, rarely use Chrome.
Just tried it in Edge and Firefox and get the same thing. Guess it's time for a support ticket!

It turns out this is an existing bug and the workaround is to zoom out on your browser to see all the available fields.
