At the start of the year I have been receive emails when an issue is updated. But now Those emails stopped arriving me. Did anyone know why is that?.
@Alvaro Torrez, I assume you have an “agent” or similar license to JSD and not a “customer”. Assuming so you need to have a look at project > project settings > Notifications and ensure you fall into one of the roles/groups that get notified. You will need admin access to investigate this.
