Hi,
we have a portal made by our consultant 2 years ago. Now we are finally implementing it to our customers. First I have created two request types and made my team a service desk customers.
But the project is not visible to us in portal's front page, but we can access it with its url! What is wrong with the portal configuration?

Are request type in the project set to be visible on the portal or are they set as hidden?
There need to be visible request types, otherwise the portal will be empty
Hi, that was the reason!! But it was quite difficult to find the right place (customize in front page).

Hi, it was JSM project, so that is not relevant in this case. They were hidden as Marc suggested. Thanks anyway Dave, I appreciate your effort. ❤️
