Why is one report calculating in hours verses days?

Why is one report calculating in hours verses days and how do I get all results in either days or hours?

I have two different reports with the same information.  One is very detailed with information for each support group.  The other one is a higher level with just a few groups.  Any insight on getting the information in the same time format would be appreciated.  One report is in hours while the other is in days.

I received a response from Atalassian Support on this issue.  There is a point when the number of hours is converted to number of days.  It is unknown what the field value is that calls the converison.
