Why is my Time to Resolution - Met report missing issues when they did not breach?

My Time to Resolution - Met report is missing several issues even though they did not breach and have a resolution of Done. I can't get them to appear at all, even when filtering by the specific reporter, assignee, etc. 

They do have several automations being run, but everything on at least one of the missing issues is very common to this project and works fine for all the others.

Is there something I can try without removing automations or data on the issue?

A few checks that often explain “missing from Time to Resolution - Met”:

1) Confirm the SLA cycle actually completed?
- Open one missing issue -> SLA panel -> Time to Resolution timeline
- If the SLA is paused/stopped/reset in an unexpected status, it may not count in “Met”

2) Check which resolution event the SLA uses
- If SLA goal is tied to a status transition but the issue was set to Done via automation/edit without the expected transition path, the metric can be skipped

3) Verify the report date range and timezone?
- SLA reports are sensitive to calendar and timezone boundaries; issues resolved near boundaries can disappear from expected windows

I thought the SLA cycle may be the problem on one issue because that panel isn't appearing at all where it normally would. However, all of the missing issues show a resolution of Done, with the SLA goal being tied to the resolution being set.

The issues fall in the middle of the range I have set for the report.

The status changes and automation are typical for other issues in this project, so I'm not sure!
