Why i can't see my confluence server from the KB configuration page of my cloud HelpDesk ?

We have on Jira /Helpdesk/Confluence instance on the cloud, and a new confluence in situ instance.

 

We already connected both with the App Link configuration and they appear as connected on both sides.

 

Then we try to connect our existing HeldDesk project, but when we click on "Link to a Confluence space" only the local Confluence App (System Confluence) is proposed.

 

Which step of the configuration did we miss ?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Since March 2018, Jira Service Desk Cloud only supports Confluence when it's under the same domain, that's why if you link a Confluence server, it will not be possible to use it as a knowledge base for Service Desk.
