I'm trying to change my email from demo@beon.atlassian.net to support@beon.atlassian.net and I can't, why?
Hi @Verônica Gomes , welcome to the Community. I was testing this myself. Unfortunately I already have a “support@...” so I get an error informing me of that. I can however change to anything else. Have you tried to change to something other than “support...”?

Yes, i tried to change to "customer" , service... and others.. but i could´t..is it a bug?

It might be a limitation of the free plan. That would be my guess at this point because I can certainly change on my instance.

Hi @Verônica Gomes , I checked with some Atlassian contacts and they conveyed that you should be able to change the email on free plan. Can you try changing the email to be associated to a different request type and see if that makes a difference.
