I just enabled customer feedback. After resolving an issue I receive the correct Mail with the feedback question in it. When clicking on the question a dead link (404) appears.
What can be the problem?

I changed some things in project roles. Now when following the feedback link only customer portal opens (when logged in as customer) and no feedback is tracked. When the customer is not logged in, there's still the dead link.

Can you disable and enable the CSAT again to test?
I see that the error is in another language, did you also change the language of the project? If so, can you please confirm if the survey was translated?
