Why do I only see Customers Involved and Reporter as options for Customer Notifications?

I am using JSD 3.12 and according to the documentation for this version, I should be able to add Approvers to the To field for Customer Notifications, but the only options I have are Customers Involved and Reporter.

Hi Josh,

The Approvers selection is ONLY available in the Customer Notification: "Approval Required".

Tricky...

Thanks for letting me know. I'd like to be able to add them to Public Comment Added though.

You can add approvers only in the notification for "Approval required":
