Why do I get a “comment is empty” error when trying to add a comment after an agent validates fields

I’m trying to add a comment after running an agent that validates specific fields when a request is submitted. However, I keep getting an error saying that the comment is empty. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and what might be causing the comment to be treated as empty? How can I resolve it?

@Nada Ahmed Did you confirm that the {{agentResponse}} is not empty?  You might want to verify the response via the audit log by adding a Log action step.
