Why cannot add field into the report serial

I tried to add the field "Operational categorization" into my report and saved it.

But why it didn't show this column in my report.

The report tool in your snapshot is for graphing SLA metrics. The section where you add your column is the JQL clause used to filter the issues reported.

finally, i found the expected raw data in "Issues and filters" on home page.

that's preposterous. shall atlassian revise the naming?
