Why can't I setup a next-gen Service Desk Project?

The Classic Project has way more setup than I am interested in.  But I don't get a Service Desk Template for Next-Gen.

@Jill Boyette Next-gen projects are definitely available in Jira cloud but a Jira Admin will need to enable them before anyone will be able to add a next-gen project (See the bottom of this image):

Found it.  Apparently it isn't a general feature yet.
