Why automation does not always work, although the conditions are met, does not show errors.  sd - 3.6.1

It may happen when automation actions are not applicable in the issue.

Sample rule;

• IF linked issue status changes, THEN transition service desk issue from A status to B.

But, service desk issue status may be at status C at that time. So, transition action fails although condition met.

Please check this.

At our place, letters are registered with the type event, after the conditions they change to 2 other types, depending on the topic. They are all in one status. And during this time the status does not change.
