Beginning an effort to set up a knowledge base in JSD. In this screenshot of an issue, I don't get why these documents are showing as related, as none of my labels, nor the title, should cause this. Also, I don't get why the red padlock on them. They are not restricted.

It's not really a problem, but I can't say what word in the title would have displayed these articles. They're not relevant to the question.

I suspect that the articles are showing because they're related to a word in your ticket title.
Secondly, Does the customer account exist in Confluence?
