Hi there, we have secondary assignees on one of our boards, but they are not receiving any notifications that they have been assigned. The last I heard was because there was a server issue, but has that been fixed and if so, this is still an issue on our end so how do we solve for it please? Thank you.

When you say a "Secondary assignee", what do you mean? You have a custom field called "Secondary Assignee" and you expect that person to be notified when you fill our that field with their name?

I have the same problem. In the jira ticket you can add the secondary assignee in addition to the primary assignee (assigning a ticket to 2 people)
The secondary assignee in the ticket is not receiving notifications when adding comments, etc...
