Why a task will disappear from the "All Requests" section after I change status

Hi, I realised if I change my status to "under review", the task disappears from the "All Requests" list.

How do I allow the task to remain in the "All Requests" list?

If I change the status to things like "To Do", "In Progress" and "Done", the task will not disappear. But it disappears when changed to "Under Review"

Here's a screen recording of the details: https://www.loom.com/share/08d549107b83486fb22ab0cba5cbcdb4

thank you for your help :)

@Marilyn Wo -

Hi Marilyn:

You need to check the criteria used for your "All Request" queue to see if there is anything that excludes issues in the "under review" status or if the issues in the "under view" status have any other metadata values which cause the exclusion.

Here is how you can check -

1) Access the queue section.

2) Via the "..." symbol and access Edit queue option to check the criteria used for the queue.

Hope this helps.
