Why I do not see 'Customer Invited' event in the Customer Notifications settings

I do not see 'Customer Invited' event in the Customer Notifications settings, but it should be there according to this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2018/07/customize-your-invitation-emails-to-customers

Am I missing anything?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The “Customer invited” notification is only available on Jira Service Management Cloud. 

For Server, there is a feature request suggesting this option which is already “In progress”:
