Hello, i just migrate my help desk from Help Scout to Jira, but the Queues is shown with a bad month.
However the date is ok into the ticket .
Someone told me the solution and i want to share whit you.
General>System>User Interface>Look and Feel
the time is reflected in seconds
dd/mm/yy - your format of the date
dd/MM/yy - correct format
