Who is automatically Service Desk agent?

I do not understand this. Why all Jira administrators are automatically agents for Jira Service Desk? I'd like to choose for "Plans and Pricing" a plan "Free" but it's not possible if I have four users who are having the role of administrator. The billing system automatically will calculate the standard plan.

Hi @Marella

Well they need access to the application if they are to administer it.

If however not all your admins require the access to the JSD product you can remove the jira-administrators group from the Product Access page.

This sets which groups are provided application/product access by default.

You could always create other groups yourself where you split your JSD and JS administrators up depending on what they need to manage.

So take a look at you Product Acccess page and see what groups are set up there under the JSD product. (and adjust as needed)
