Hi,

While performing the Export and import of the issues from one instance to another i am getting error which the user is not available Ashok kumar but both the insatnces has the same user and he has the same kind of Roles.

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

Hi @Sreenadh ,

Note the users that do not have valid email addresses as shown on the project import screen. 

Solution:

  • Add email addresses to those users in the original environment and recreate the project backup.  OR
  • Unzip the project backup file and add email addresses to those users and reimport.

As your import is already completed, you can try creating this user manually and then adding to required projects and assignee field.
