Hi Team,

While closing a Service request in portal level need to make comment field mandatory. But its showing optional in portal view.
I have tried to achieve this through script also but it worked on Ticket level not on portal level. 
Also added a validator but it works only in ticket level only.


Transition: From IN progress to Resolved statues we have a request Closure transition In which we have screen in that we have to add a comment so that the field which needs to be mandatory in portal level but it shows as optional.

Any suggestions will be help full.

This is currently not an option.

On the portal side required fields on transitions are not honoured.
