Which permissions do I need for uploading Asset Avatar Images via RestAPI

Hi all together,

I am moving my inventory from a deprectaed system to Jira Assets.

I am mass importing my Computer, Printer, ... Assets and Models by CSV.

To import the avatars the only way is described here: Uploading avatars on Assets objects using REST API | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

This is working perfectly if my API User has JIRA Admin privileges.

Does anybody know which permission i need to Set. I am not allowed to set Jira Admin privileges for our API Users.

AND I cant use a API token which is mapped to my User, this is disabled by Global Administration.
