Which permissions are necessary to update address details

Hi!!

We need to change the address details, specifically the name of the company and the CIF to which our instance is currently associated, but apparently no user has access to billing/payment details part at admin.atlassian.com

Could any one tell me what permissions are necessary to access the atlassian administration console and change the address details?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to change the billing information you need to be a site admin. If you do not have anyone that is a site admin you can always contact Atlassian support and they can help you.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, indeed, this is the level of permission that we need, but since we are at the limit of the range of users, that is why it does not let add more users in site admin.

We have already requested an increase but is good to know that kind of things to prevent it from happening again, so thank you very much for your quick response!
