Which JDK version support for this Plugins User Management for JIRA 2.15.15 and TechTime Core 2.9.2

We are using User Management for JIRA 2.15.15 and TechTime Core 2.9.2 in Jira 8.22.2. This plugins support from JDK 8 or JDK 11.

It should support both, as in compiled on JDK8 so should run both on JDK8 and JDK11.
