Currently, we process the user requests in the outlook, and we have developed one AddIn in outlook, which can be used to pick up the user mail and then reply the user mail.If one person select the mail by our AddIn, then another one cannot pick up the mail, to avoid the mail processed duplicately.

And now,company asks we use the Jira service desktop(JSD) to process user cases(user still use outlook to send the requests), so we dicide to call APIs of JSD in outlook AddIns, then we don't need to login JSD system.

For above requirement, we need 2 APIs:

a.  One API for changing the Assignee in JSD to one DBA automatically , after who clicking the DBTicket button of DBA Outlook AddIns(meaning the one will process the user case )

b.  One API for changing the status to Resolved in JSD once the DBA done the user case(if done the user case, he will click at the one button of outlook AddIn)

So I just want to know whether existing the APIs in JSD we can use to realize above ideas.
