Hello,
I added Daraw.io diagrams to confluence pages.
Is there a location or way for me to see the list of Draw.IO diagram files I created?
Can I edit my Draw.io diagrams outside the pages that include them assuming I can find the drawing file?
Thank you,
Hi Ali!
Great question... While there isn’t a dedicated spot to view all your draw.io diagrams, you can search for them in Confluence. If you use the search function and filter by "Created by" (your username) and "Type" as draw.io Diagrams, you will only see the diagrams you’ve created, making the search more precise. You can also look up attachments, but filtering by "draw.io Diagrams" is much more accurate.
As for editing outside the page, you'll need to do it within Confluence on the page where the diagram lives, as they’re tied to the page itself.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you need anything else :)

Each space has a "draw.io diagrams" section that lists all diagrams on that space:
That's under "apps" in the left-hand panel (my interface is in French).
Clicking that shows a list of all diagrams in that space. Any diagrams that are stored in that space will show an "edit" to the right-hand side"
