Where is the option now to make the picture size to the top in the JSM Portal?

I use to be able to have the picture size to the top of the page, like this:


But now, I can't find that option anymore to do it. Anyone know where that option is?

Are you using just native JSM Help Center and Portal functionality, or do you have the Refined for Jira Service Management app installed?

Where did the first image come from? Is that another Jira/JSM Cloud instance, or an image captured in the past from the same instance as the second image?

They look like two different screens. The first looks like it is for an individual JSM project Customer Portal. The second looks like it is for a Help Center (a grouping of Portals).

Both are created with native Jira, without any apps.

No, they are from different JSM instances.
The first one is still accessible and still displaying as shown, although in the configuration I can't find the place where I made it appear like this.

Hello @Ming Yin Ho 

as far as I know, that option is not available anymore in the current JSM Help Center.

The banner image is now handled in a responsive way, so it gets cropped depending on screen size. There is no setting to force it to align to the top like before.

So the only real workaround here is to adjust the image itself (keep important content centered), or go with an app if you need more control.

Without Refined I don't really see possibilities to customize that atm.
