Good day,
I am in the process of trying to config the incoming mail server for a JIRA SM project. I have added the incoming mail server and when authorising the mail account I receive a notification stating, "Your admin has been notified of your request to access this app. Once your admin has reviewed the request, you will be notified via email."
I am unsure as to where this request needs to be authorised, and I cannot seem to find any documentation or help topics around this. Please assist?

The message that you see on the Microsoft end, is an approval request that has been triggered to the Microsoft (Office365/AD) admin, so you will need to get in touch with them to get it approved.
